Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections, removals, repairs, and installations of aircraft interior components, such as doors, galleys, seating, bulkheads, flooring, emergency lighting, and lavatories.
  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to the standards outlined in the Repair Station Quality Manual, Federal Aviation Regulations, Airworthiness Directives, Advisory Circulars, and relevant service bulletins to ensure compliance in all maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, consistently enforcing safety regulations and best practices to prevent accidents.
  • Accurately tag and store aircraft components, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Document all procedures and sign-offs in accordance with the Repair Station Manual and specific task requirements.
  • Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively, ensuring they are returned to their designated storage areas after use.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and enhanced efficiency while prioritizing safety.
  • Engage with clients in a professional and respectful manner, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Commit to exceeding customer expectations by delivering airworthy, reliable, and impeccably clean aircraft in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance on current fleet types.
  • At least 5 years of experience in VVIP aircraft interior installations.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English.
  • Possession of a valid FAA Mechanic certificate with an Airframe rating, or qualifications for a Repairman's Certificate.
  • Capable of performing intermediate to heavy aircraft maintenance tasks independently.
  • Understanding of the design and operation of aircraft structures to facilitate effective troubleshooting and repairs.
