Key Responsibilities- Plan and design manufacturing processes to optimize productivity and quality.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures, such as reducing waste and improving workflow.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability and production efficiency in product design.
- Conduct time studies and capacity analyses to establish production standards and identify bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product transitions and successful new product launches.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer preferably in Aerostructures.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Must be able to travel internationally.
