Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at iSoftTek Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and a passion for improving equipment health through smart manufacturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Analyze equipment failures and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences
  • Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on new technologies and techniques
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industrial automation technologies and trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies, including robotics and CNC equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
