Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at Staff Management SMX. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of interior and exterior automotive parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the manufacturing process by operating state-of-the-art machinery
  • Use small tools and handle materials for shipping and receiving
  • Perform injection molding duties as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40 pounds
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment
