About the Role
You'll gain real-world experience by taking on a meaningful project that has a direct impact on our business. You will have the opportunity to present your work to fellow interns, managers, and our senior leadership team.
Beyond project work, this role will enhance your professional journey through a variety of experiences. You'll attend weekly workshops to gain insights from leaders across departments and participate in personal development activities to understand and leverage your strengths and working styles. You'll also build meaningful relationships with peers, mentors, and professionals, and engage in social events to expand your network.
Your Responsibilities:
- Developing a twin simulation of a truck body line.
- Developing manufacturing processes for single piece composite vans.
- Collaborating with Manufacturing and Product Engineering to implement new production processes, which meet engineering and quality specifications.
Qualifications:
- Targeting students pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing).
- Targeting students with experience in research, R&D processes, and manufacturing.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
