Job Title: Customer Service Operations Manager

SpartanNash is a leading distributor of food and grocery products in the United States. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
This role is responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of customer service in the store's front-end operations. In the absence of the Customer Service Manager, you will supervise and direct all front-end activities to ensure that the work shifts at the front end contribute to the financial best interests of the store.

You will be responsible for accurately performing all transactions, including cash, checks, debit/credit/EBT cards, ID requirements, over rings, credits, suspended orders, refunds, bottle returns, vendor coupons, gift certificates, lottery ticket sales, Western Union, Ticket Master, and other media in accordance with policies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
