Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of parts shipments and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control and manage the receipt of inventory, verifying accuracy and completeness of shipments
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues
  • Stock and organize parts and accessories in designated warehouse locations
  • Notify relevant personnel of special order receipt and perform inventory test counts as directed
  • Load and unload trucks, and operate a forklift to move materials and unload vehicles
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Meet or exceed CSI standards and participate in required training
  • Accurately record hours worked in the company timekeeping system
  • Comply with all safety rules and regulations, and demonstrate the company's core values
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous warehouse experience desired, with a strong understanding of inventory management and control
  • Valid driver's license required; automobile salesperson license a plus
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

This role requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The work environment is primarily indoors, with frequent movement around the dealership facilities and outdoor car lot.
