Guest Experience Leader
At McDonald's, we're committed to providing a welcoming and friendly environment for our guests. As a Guest Experience Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that every guest has a positive experience in our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the guest experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they're enjoying themselves
- Being the solution by handling guest concerns and providing a resolution to their satisfaction
- Working collaboratively with your team to maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
- Providing expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features
To be successful in this position, you'll need:

- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members)
- A desire to learn and grow
- The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
