The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team in Missouri. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering bundled energy solutions to customers via Energy Performance Contracts (EPC). Your primary goal will be to accelerate the achievement of our customers' energy efficiency, sustainability, and decarbonization goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver bundled energy solutions to customers via Energy Performance Contracts (EPC)
  • Accelerate the achievement of our customers' energy efficiency, sustainability, and decarbonization goals
  • Build and own market strategies, including SWOT analysis, competitive analysis, and vertical market and horizontal offering strategies
  • Manage larger contracts and maintain sales forecast models
  • Report identified potential business risk elements and participate in mitigation efforts
  • Create and deliver processes, standards, and communication channels to increase efficiency
  • Act as the client's single point of accountability for specific aspects of a project
  • Provide support to the customer with regards to projects financing and contracting issues
Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all responsibilities of a Senior Account Executive
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or equivalent business experience required
  • Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and critical facilities such as data centers required
  • Working knowledge of the enabling legislation as it pertains to contracting methods such as Performance Contracting, etc. preferred
  • Five (5) years of experience in financial/performance contracting, including previous leadership, sales, and marketing with an energy services or related organization, with responsibilities for identifying leads, closing sales, and providing oversight to a project implementation team required

The pay range for this position is $106,650 - $159,975 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
