Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing visitors to the appropriate staff member.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and report-running, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with scheduling client appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Health Information Management staff to provide medical records-related support, as needed.
  • Participate in daily deposit process, including daily deposit reconciliation, and monitor work site's inventory of office supplies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • High School or GED required; completion of up to 18 months' business school, beyond high school preferred.
  • Three to four years' experience working in an office setting and performing various clerical or administrative tasks.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
