Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a Sales Account Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a pivotal role in facilitating effective communication and order management, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, logistics, and order fulfillment teams to ensure efficient operations and resolve any challenges that arise.
  • Accurately manage and process orders from retail locations, ensuring timely and precise delivery.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting clients.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships by proactively meeting their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Supervise and coordinate E-commerce sales processes, ensuring a seamless transition from order placement to delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and order management, ideally in a B2B and E-commerce setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with order management systems and related technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • A proactive problem-solving approach to customer service.
Compensation: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 annually
