Job Summary

In the Sales Account Executive role, you will be part of a dynamic sales department, working in the ever-changing consumer landscape to provide our valued customers with a memorable experience. You will guide them through our full suite of Optimum products and services, ensuring that their solution best fits their needs. You will receive support for personal and professional growth, cultivating the skills needed to achieve sales targets and be successful in our compensation plan.

Responsibilities
  • Customized Solutions: Craft tailored telecom packages for each customer, addressing their unique needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest offerings and technological advancements.
  • Sales Pitch: Showcase the advantages of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections.
  • Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled.
  • Documentation: Complete all paperwork and contracts with precision.
  • Relationship Building: Provide exceptional post-sales support and assistance to turn customers into lifelong advocates.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate, share insights, and create strategies with your fellow sales team members.
  • Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Compliance: Always adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of previous sales experience.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a knack for working independently.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills.
  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record (where applicable).
  • Physical Abilities: Work environment includes sitting, standing, walking.
  • Ability to work full time.
