- Showcase or illustrate product and service offerings utilizing available resources
- Draft sales agreements for clients and collaborate with pertinent departments
- Leverage CRM software to strategize and document sales initiatives
- Keep abreast of current and forthcoming products and technologies
- Engage in sales strategy and review sessions
- Participate in sales gatherings, training sessions, trade exhibitions, or other industry-related events
- Coordinate with team members in other departments involved with the same account
- Relay competitive landscape and customer insights to management
- Adapt effectively to changes and manage assigned responsibilities
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Over 5 years of sales experience in the residential sector
- Comprehensive product knowledge of relevant offerings
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong negotiation and sales capabilities
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Effective time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to prepare and deliver presentations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret business documents
Physical Demands:
- Position is primarily sedentary (75%)
- Ability to work in proximity to construction environments
- Capability to lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Required travel to client locations within a designated geographic area
