About the Role

Fidelity Investments is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Large/Select Contracts Team as a Vice President, Contract Negotiations. As a key member of our Workplace Investing (WI) Contracts Team, you will provide strategic counsel and guidance to our business partners while managing a team of professionals who negotiate complex service and transactional documents with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Large/Select Contracts Team in negotiating and executing agreements that drive business growth and protect Fidelity's interests
  • Collaborate with internal business partners, including Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Compliance, and Corporate Legal to achieve desired business goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide expert guidance on contract drafting, review, and negotiation, including pre-sale and competitive negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and support
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in contract negotiations, with a focus on large/select contracts
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and protecting organizational interests
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of retirement and health plan products, services, and regulatory requirements
  • JD or equivalent degree preferred
