About the Role

Fidelity Workplace Investments is seeking a highly skilled Vice President, Associate Experience Architecture to lead our team in delivering exceptional digital associate experiences. As a key member of our FEA Technology Architecture team, you will be responsible for crafting capabilities to our workplace investing customers, working closely with business partners and technology teams to understand the associate desktop landscape and deliver sophisticated and scalable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a talented team of architects in designing and implementing associate desktop experiences, frameworks, and platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product Area to address complex business problems and recommend impactful architecture solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on day-to-day solutions to squads.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of internet, desktop, and application architecture, as well as current and emerging technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in associate experience architecture.
Requirements
  • Senior-level experience leading, organizing, coaching, mentoring, and developing people.
  • Active curiosity to conceptualize, design, and deliver associate platforms.
  • Extensive experience decomposing important business problems into creative, efficient, and scalable solutions.
  • Hands-on knowledge of OpenFin, Adobe Experience Manager, or Tridion technologies.
  • Strong technical background on API standards and technologies, open microservice architectures, and building digital query bases APIs with GraphQL.
