Work Schedule: Every other weekend from 8 AM to 8 PM

Alamance Health Care Center, a 180 bed skilled rehabilitation facility, is in search of a dedicated Receptionist.

The Receptionist will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately
  • Managing incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them while providing essential information
  • Receiving and organizing daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Ensuring security by adhering to protocols and managing access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges)
  • Updating appointment schedules and coordinating meetings
  • Performing various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in similar roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in resolving issues
  • Skilled in organizing, multitasking, prioritizing, and working under pressure
