Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist for a thriving medical practice. In this non-clinical role, you will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing phone communications, gathering insurance information, and organizing appointment schedules.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that presents potential for significant career advancement.


Key Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will include:
  • Processing patient check-ins and check-outs, handling an average of 50 to 80 patients daily.
  • Assisting with the management of incoming faxes and providing phone support.

Work Schedule:

Standard hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


Required Skills:
  • Prior experience in a medical office setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software systems.
  • Experience in office support roles.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.
