You will also be providing a high level of responsiveness to customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage parts inventory and maintain accurate documentation
  • Adhere to all company policies and maintain a neat and clean work environment
  • Ensure all deadlines are met for installation of new equipment and repaired equipment
  • Complete regular training to stay up-to-date on current information and share best practices with team members
  • Maintain a professional image and communicate effectively with internal and external customers and staff
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience from military or biomedical training plus 2 years of field experience as a Field Service Engineer
  • 3+ years of experience in the in-vitro diagnostics industry (preferred)
  • Experience in repairing and using instruments used for Diagnostic Blood Banking, Blood Typing, and Antibody screening (preferred)
  • Must be willing to travel up to 75% with average overnight travel 1-2 nights/week
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology a plus - MT (ASCP)
