We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Your Impact

Key responsibilities include:

• Reporting product failure trends and serviceability issues to management

• Providing efficient and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands

• Maintaining technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned

• Demonstrating strong customer communication and satisfaction skills

• Maintaining the performance of assigned machines

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• A High School diploma or equivalent experience

• A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the PDIF new-hire class

• Ability to travel with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Capability to function in a 24/7 environment with possible shift work and/or on-call rotations

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time
