Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong verbal and written abilities
  • Empathy and a keen sense of what others may be feeling and thinking
  • Safety orientation and attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring the robot fleet remains safe for users
  • Comfort with electrical and mechanical tools, as well as software and command line interfaces
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to learn and execute high-quality work independently
  • Physical requirements, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • 4+ years of experience in troubleshooting and debugging robotics, industrial automation, or similar mechatronics industries
  • Experience with Git, ROS, YAML, and basic Python
  • Experience with basic system administration and network configuration
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL
  • Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, system block diagrams, circuit schematics, and engineering manuals
  • Experience with Google Workspace applications, especially Sheets
