Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual administrative assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Japanese-English bilingual administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team, managing our office operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of our business activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial transactions, including invoices, reimbursements, and bank transactions
  • Provide IT support for our Google Workplace and Shopify systems
  • Oversee jewelry inventory management
  • Plan and coordinate events, including home parties and retail store events
  • Provide after-event follow-up and support
  • Handle phone calls, mail, and packages
  • Manage office supplies and facility operations
  • Prepare documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Provide Japanese-English interpretation during meetings
  • Translate internal documents and contracts
  • Handle payment of customs duties and communicate with shipping companies
  • Manage executive schedules and coordinate travel arrangements


Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Japanese
  • Previous administrative and business interpretation experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus
