Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Paralegal department, including preparing documents, making phone calls, and sending emails.
  • Conduct research using various tools, such as Lexis and internet search engines, to locate clients and persons of interest.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Assist with wrongful death cases and other legal matters as required.
  • Collaborate with the Paralegal team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as paralegal studies or business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a law office or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
