  • Maintain ongoing brand stewardship by applying art direction, design principles, and visual identity standards to create a cohesive brand image.
  • Enhance user experience on internal platforms by managing the content system and producing graphics and animations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, including printers, advertising agencies, and photographers, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all publications while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in graphic design utilizing relevant software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, along with a solid understanding of the printing process.

Special Skills: Must thrive in a collaborative environment. Ability to produce original communications that align with an established brand aesthetic across various mediums, including print advertisements, brochures, magazines, newsletters, digital banners, flyers, and signage. Capable of managing multiple projects and workflows concurrently. A strong passion for visual brand consistency is essential.

Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
