Job Title: Member Relationship Manager

We are seeking a talented Member Relationship Manager to join our team at Quantum Credit Union. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our members, ensuring their banking needs are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with members, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, identifying opportunities to enhance member experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with members.
  • Able to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
