Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, driving sales growth, and developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience in our restaurant
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership and Management Experience
    • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
    • Ability to motivate and develop a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Business Development Skills
    • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Customer Service Skills
    • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and employees
  • Financial Management Skills
    • Ability to manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
