Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at AE Management Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our restaurant, including the hiring, training, and supervision of team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the restaurant team, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and courteous service, and that their needs are met consistently.
  • Product Quality and Safety: Ensure that all products are prepared and served to the highest quality standards, and that all food safety protocols are followed.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure that the restaurant is operating within budget.
  • Staffing and Training: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and to maintain high-quality products.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and that all risk management protocols are followed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some post-high school education or training preferred.
  • Experience: One year of relevant experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Qualifications: Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
