Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, listen to their concerns, and accurately document their vehicle issues.
  • Service Recommendations: Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, communicate estimated costs, and obtain customer approval for services.
  • Service Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage service bay availability, and coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Communication: Update customers on the status of their vehicles throughout the service process, provide accurate repair timelines, and inform customers of any delays.
  • Service Records: Create and maintain detailed service records for each customer, prepare and explain invoices, and process payments.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns, resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
  • Current or previous luxury brand experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with service department operations and procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current or previous BMW experience.
