Inside Sales Center Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Center Agent to join our team at Renewal by Andersen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for responding to potential customers' inquiries via telephone, representing our products professionally and ethically, and closing with setting appointments.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete training to become knowledgeable on the systems and processes utilized by Renewal by Andersen.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers; set up in-home appointments.
- Enter required data in the Renewal by Andersen system used to support customer requests and activity.
- Contact potential customers via phone to present our products in an engaging manner.
- Communicate the advantages and benefits of our products, generating interest and excitement.
- Schedule in-home, no-obligation consultations and quotes with our product specialists.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of 1-year prior sales center and/or customer service-related work experience.
- Ability to work in an office setting when handling customer inquiries and requests.
- Proficient in English and Bi-Lingual is a plus.
- PC skills include proficiency in working with a keyboard and mouse and the ability to browse web-based applications as well as dedicated applications unique to Renewal by Andersen.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced sales and service setting which rewards hard work, efficiency, and productivity.
