Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and closing sales to achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Serve as primary point of contact for current customers.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Sales: Generate leads, build relationships and follow up with potential customers.
  • Use a customer-driven needs-based sales approach.
  • Maintain and track daily, weekly and monthly goals based on activity and production.

Qualifications:

  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Insurance experience preferred, but not required.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
  • Able to obtain a Life/Health License.
  • Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
