Automation Project Manager

The SCADA Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) projects.
This includes managing resources, schedules, financials, and adherence to quality and control guidelines throughout the full systems development lifecycle. This role will also contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.Project Planning and Management
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Track project milestones and deliverables ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Stakeholder Management
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Provide technical direction and guidance to the project team.
Quality Assurance
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in SCADA, industrial automation, or a related field.
Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
Strong understanding of SCADA systems and industrial automation.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
Ability to travel as needed for project requirements.
