We are a non-profit instrumentality of Elm City Communities formed to preserve affordable housing in New Haven and its surrounding areas. Our mission is to ensure that our affordable housing communities are preserved and create stable, safe environments for our residents.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing our affordable housing properties and creating vibrant, inclusive communities. You will work independently to manage site-related issues and collaborate with key stakeholders to meet occupancy, turnover, and collection rate goals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) and at least (5) years of property management experience in affordable housing and tax credit programs.
  • Leadership qualities that reflect our core values, with a proven ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a critical member of a team committed to empowering stronger communities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for making a difference in residents' lives.

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
