Job DescriptionWe're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Public Affairs Specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to participate in and assist with the supervision and administration of Army public affairs programs. This includes:
- Researching, preparing, and disseminating news releases, articles, web-based material, and photographs on Army personnel and activities.
- Gathering information for military news programs and publications within your unit and around the Army.
- Developing ideas for news articles and arranging interviews.
- Writing news releases, feature articles, and editorials.
- Conducting media training.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of multimedia production software.
