Job Overview

Farmina is a leading pet nutrition company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers in your assigned territory, expanding the Farmina brand, and driving sales growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow existing retail customer relationships
  • Ride along with distribution representatives to ensure seamless execution
  • Visit stores on a regular rotation to provide merchandising support and train employees
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support


Requirements
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in the pet food industry
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 75% of the time
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to schedule others
  • Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
  • Creative problem-solving attitude and ability to think outside the box
