Pet Food Territory Sales Manager

Farmina is a leading pet nutrition company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers in your assigned territory, expanding the Farmina brand, and driving sales growth.
- Maintain and grow existing retail customer relationships
- Ride along with distribution representatives to ensure seamless execution
- Visit stores on a regular rotation to provide merchandising support and train employees
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- 2+ years of outside sales experience in the pet food industry
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 75% of the time
- Strong organizational skills and ability to schedule others
- Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
- Creative problem-solving attitude and ability to think outside the box
