Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Administrator to join our team at nTech Workforce. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing critical support to our medical staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Records Management: Ensure the accurate and timely sending and receiving of medical records.
  • Insurance and Pharmacy Authorizations: Process and manage insurance and pharmacy authorizations with precision and efficiency.
  • Appointment Coordination: Coordinate referrals and appointment scheduling with our medical staff and patients.
  • Patient Services: Provide exceptional support for lab requests, refill requests, and other patient services.
  • Fee Collection: Manage fee collection and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Phone and Email Support: Offer exceptional phone and email support to our patients and medical staff.
Requirements
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Apple computers and EMR systems is essential for this role.
