Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Santoni Paulk & Glos LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our CPA firm, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and distribute various documents, including invoices, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage incoming correspondence, sorting and distributing mail and packages as needed.
• Provide exceptional phone support, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member or taking messages.
• Greet visitors and determine whether they should see specific individuals, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.
• Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Support our accounting and tax practice by assembling documents and tax returns for various types of tax filings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and professional service firm experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
