Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Residential Administrator to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings and events
  • Handle a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers and handling credit card payments
  • Process over-the-counter sales and mail, including opening, stamping, photocopying, and distributing
  • Assist with work orders, pre and post-install client follow-up communication, and material-only post-sale follow-up
  • Maintain price list files, file cabinets, and filing
  • Assist with company event coordination and schedule lunch and learns with vendors
  • Perform general office duties and back up the showroom assistant
Work Environment

This position is on-site in Timonium, MD, and workdays are Monday through Friday.

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
