Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 36 months experience in managing support inquiries at a level 2 help desk.
  • Proven track record of 36 months in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software challenges, particularly with Windows 7 or equivalent operating systems.
  • At least 36 months of experience with VMware vSphere for the management of virtual desktops, including linked clones.
  • A minimum of 36 months experience with Lan Sweeper, Remote Desktop, and Active Directory; all three are essential.
  • 36 months of experience utilizing ITSM service desks effectively.
  • Experience of 36 months in configuring and installing Windows-based hardware, peripherals, network printers, and thin clients.
  • 36 months of experience using Clonezilla for image creation and application.
  • 36 months of experience providing support for Lotus Notes.
  • At least 12 months of experience in the installation and support of Office 2016 within a corporate setting.
  • 12 months of experience troubleshooting Windows 10 operating systems and applications.
