Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II plays a crucial role in fostering and sustaining partnerships with Hiring Managers while overseeing the comprehensive requisition lifecycle. This includes requisition initiation, candidate sourcing, onboarding, assignment management, time and expense oversight, offboarding, and reporting.

This position serves as a strategic talent advisor, guiding clients through the requisition fulfillment process to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality talent.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support PMO roadmap and AGS Way initiatives.
  • Engage in client meetings to discuss strategic objectives.
  • Assist client managers throughout the contract labor acquisition process, including requisition initiation, sourcing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Exhibit recruitment proficiency by formulating insightful questions tailored to the position before conducting requirement intake sessions with hiring managers to gather comprehensive job descriptions for distribution to the supply base.
  • Record requirement intake discussions in the designated database (VMS, AGS360).
  • Utilize reports to manage open requirements, advising managers on the status and monitoring supplier sourcing strategies for timely responses.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to establish expectations, timelines, feedback, and roles for all parties involved in the requisition fulfillment process.
  • Guide and oversee the performance of participating staffing suppliers.
  • Document all client and supplier-reported issues, tracking resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction in the CRM system.
  • Monitor performance against contract SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entries, and vendor compliance.
  • Conduct supplier scorecard evaluations, including performance discussions and adherence to metrics.
  • Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports.
  • Assist in developing presentations and customer-facing materials (QBRs, Operational reviews, Dashboard reviews, etc.) with support from leadership.
  • Engage in constant communication via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone with clients, staffing vendors, contract personnel, and other partners.
  • Assist with worker assignment management, including cost center changes and contract extensions, to enhance data integrity.
  • Coordinate with managers, vendors, and the security department to ensure all necessary documentation is completed prior to and at the conclusion of assignments.
  • Ensure all work orders are accurately closed in the system with appropriate finish reasons upon notification of assignment completion, and inform relevant departments.
  • Assist in the retrieval of company assets from vendors (e.g., laptops, badges).
  • Monitor time and expense entries to ensure timely approvals by hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure the completion of new hire paperwork to prevent onboarding delays.
  • Log all client and vendor inquiries into the designated system.
