Ecommerce Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team at 24 Seven Talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting merchandising teams, website management, and Shopify Plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Ensure the smooth operation and user-friendliness of our e-commerce website, including platforms such as Shopify Plus, Searchspring, and Foursixty.
  • Marketing Strategies: Aid in planning and implementing effective online marketing strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase sales.
  • Project Organization: Maintain the workflow of email tasks using project management tools like Asana.
  • Support E-commerce Merchant: Collaborate closely with the E-commerce Merchant to develop and execute e-commerce strategies.
  • Website Inspection: Conduct regular QCs of website components like landing pages and product information.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and optimize product offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for website improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify Plus
  • Light skills in Photoshop and Excel
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
