About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Insurance Solutions Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in educating and guiding customers to select the insurance policies that best meet their needs.

Job Description: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate complex information to customers. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers about various healthcare options and insurance policies.
  • Help customers choose the appropriate insurance policy that fits their needs, ensuring they understand the benefits and limitations of each option.
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide relevant solutions, taking into account their unique circumstances and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and documentation, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Keep abreast of changes in insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends to provide accurate and current information to customers.
  • Promote various insurance products and services to meet sales targets and business objectives, while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Resolve any concerns that customers may have with their insurance policies, providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., insurance, healthcare) preferred.
  • Must hold a valid Healthcare Insurance License.
  • Previous call center experience is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible schedule, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.
