Commercial Insurance Expert

We are seeking a Commercial Insurance professional skilled at providing guidance on insurance coverage while developing relationships. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be primarily responsible for offering advice and expertise to clients to develop an insurance solution. In addition, this role will act as a liaison between insurance carriers and clients. Account Managers also work closely with an Insurance Advisor and a Service Advisor in managing commercial clients to provide exceptional customer service and increase revenue on the book of business. This position will report to the VP of Commercial Lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be Customer Focused. You must make every client interaction stand out for its collaborative spirit and professionalism.
- Be Analytical. You will collect information about the client's business through various methods to analyze risks and assess the client's insurance needs.
- Be Organized. You will need to stay focused on different tasks and use your time effectively and efficiently to be proactive and meet deadlines.
- Be Collaborative. You will need to work with your team to accomplish overall production, retention, and growth goals.
What we Offer:
