Strategic Account Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented Insurance Advisor to join our team at Watkins Insurance Group.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in consultative sales techniques and relationship cultivation. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in developing new Commercial, Personal Lines, and Employee Benefits accounts while providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize consultative sales techniques to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of developing new commercial, personal lines, and employee benefits accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex insurance needs and provide effective solutions.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This role also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
