About the Role

As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in developing new Commercial, Personal Lines, and Employee Benefits accounts while providing expert advice and guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of developing new commercial, personal lines, and employee benefits accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex insurance needs and provide effective solutions.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
