Job Title: Regional President, Americas

Equinix is the world's leading digital infrastructure company, operating over 260 data centers across the globe. As a Regional President, Americas, you will be responsible for driving the company's strategic direction and operational execution across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to align the region with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee business growth and ensure strategic alignment across departments.
  • Drive organic and inorganic growth strategies, including overseeing the integration of acquired businesses.
  • Lead regional regulatory and public affairs engagements to ensure favorable outcomes for the company's long-term security and growth.
  • Develop regional power/energy plan as tied to Operations strategy.
  • Utilize market knowledge to drive Equinix's market position in the region.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for key regional customers, fostering long-term strategic relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion and innovation across the region, modeling Equinix's values and reinforcing a unified company ethos.
Requirements:
  • Strategic leadership experience in the technology sector, with a strong ability to drive vision and operational excellence.
  • Deep industry knowledge in cloud, technology, sustainability, and software.
  • Strategic foresight in driving business growth, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, market expansions, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to engage customers, build long-term strategic relations, and sponsor unique partnerships.
  • Proven ability to build followership across peers while fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with proven experience of executive speaking and representation of company vision.
