We are currently seeking a full-time, day shift Clinical Pharmacist specializing in both oncology and non-oncology infusion services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepares and dispenses medications, adhering to established protocols to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Provides timely and relevant drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Ensures seamless pharmaceutical care across acute and outpatient settings.
  • Engages in the systematic assessment, management, and reporting of adverse drug events (ADEs).
  • Participates in emergency medical response as needed.
  • Takes responsibility for compliance with medication-use policies and guidelines.
  • Effectively manages time to meet all practice obligations.
  • Adheres to all accreditation, legal, regulatory, and safety standards pertinent to the practice environment.
Qualifications:
  • Active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania (mandatory).
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or PharmD from an accredited institution (required).
  • Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a hospital setting (preferred).
  • Experience in infusion therapy and sterile compounding (preferred).
