We are currently seeking a full-time, day shift Clinical Pharmacist specializing in both oncology and non-oncology infusion services. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispense medications utilizing appropriate methodologies to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes while adhering to the health system's policies and procedures.
- Provide clear, relevant, and timely responses to inquiries regarding drug information from healthcare professionals and patients.
- Ensure seamless pharmaceutical care across acute and outpatient settings.
- Engage in the established protocols for assessing, managing, and reporting adverse drug events (ADEs).
- Contribute to the management of medical emergencies.
- Take responsibility for compliance with medication-use policies and guidelines.
- Effectively manage time to meet practice obligations.
- Adhere to all accreditation, legal, regulatory, and safety standards pertinent to the specific practice environment.
- Active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania (mandatory).
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy (mandatory).
- Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency (preferred).
- Prior experience in a hospital setting (preferred).
- Experience in infusion and sterile environments (preferred).
