We're a pet health service company on a mission to change the landscape of pet care. Our goal is to provide dogs and their humans with honest, smart, and simple care. We're starting by improving the pet food market, replacing bulk bags of highly-processed pellets with a personalized subscription service that sends healthy, freshly-made dog food directly to customers' doors.

What We're Looking For
  • A strategic growth leader with 5 years of experience in growth-focused, product, and/or analytical roles.
  • A proven track record of launching successful growth initiatives for a consumer business.
  • Knowledge of acquisition and retention strategies across physical and digital customer experiences.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead through others.
