- Track sales progress, obtain sales/production goals, and determine pricing/marketing strategies at appropriate profit margin levels.
- Effectively manage personnel and related disciplinary issues.
- Mentor and lead others in the performance of their duties in accordance with applicable laws and within company policy and procedures.
- Develop interpersonal relationships that encourage openness, candor, and trust, both internally and externally.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 4 years foodservice sales experience with leadership experience
- Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
- 4+ years foodservice sales experience with leadership experience
