Job Description

The Business Support Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Service Center/Department, focusing on financial management, dispatching, and customer service. This role requires a strong background in software applications, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Manage petty cash, balance billable vs. payroll hours, and generate reports on sales, purchases, expenses, coding, customer accounts, invoiced but not billed, inventory, etc.
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule customer, vendor, and support personnel service calls, pickups, deliveries, and manage work orders.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of office software applications and excellent communication skills. Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
