About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, we are looking for a Clinical Support Associate to support the smooth and efficient clinical service and research operations at Mass General Brigham's Imaging Center.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and customer service. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and researchers to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information.

Responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, conducting initial safety screenings, confirming appointments, and checking in patients. You will also partner with McLean Hospital, MGB personnel and outside referrers to manage participants and patients' appointments and data handling.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience, and a collaborative work environment that prioritizes teamwork and open communication.
