Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Administrative Support Associate to join our team at the International Loving Touch Foundation, Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support in various areas of the program, ensuring efficient operations and excellent outcomes.

The Administrative Support Associate will work closely with the Director of Programs to gain a deep understanding of our professional educational development training program for healthcare professionals serving infants, children, and their families.

About the Opportunity

  • Provide administrative support in various areas of the program
  • Manage communication with membership and new registrants
  • Assist with emails and online renewal system, LMS system (online and in-person trainings)
  • Maintain correspondence, filing system, both manually and electronically
  • Support and manage student registration process
  • Organize, schedule, and post events and trainings through our online system
  • Implement and maintain organized filing systems, both manually and electronically
  • Perform all other office tasks, including assisting in shipping materials for courses and students' materials
  • Assist with Accreditation

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an office administrator and/or relevant role (degree preferred)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (phone and email)
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Creative, flexible, motivated for success, positive attitude
  • Ability to stand on feet for extended periods, depending on the project
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and climb a short ladder
  • Graphic skills for PowerPoint presentations

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
